I use Photoshop instead of Painter to drew this line art draft. Photoshop can produce much solid color (like an ink pen texture) than Painter, but it's in lack of flexibility.
And I have a lot idea while developing this drawing... including a dragon tail pop up from his ass or cum leaking out.... can anybody give me some suggestion.
Precise lighting/shading added using vector+effect filter overlay(Suppose a lamp will be added on upper right). Tattoo redraw by vector and colored with Photoshop
